Main Capital Partners increased its offer for the whole of Tribal Group's business to £231m on 27 September. Two days later Jenzabar said it was weighing a possible cash bid for Tribal at a modest premium to that price.
Market context
Tribal's board had earlier rejected an approach from SilverTree Equity Partners, making this the third suitor for the UK education-software provider this year.
