Flowco Holdings said on 2 October 2026 that it had acquired Edmonton-based Lifting Solutions for about US$113m in cash.
Market context
Founded in 2014, Lifting Solutions sells artificial-lift equipment in Canada, the US and the Middle East. The deal follows Flowco's US$200m purchase of Valiant Artificial Lift Solutions, completed in March 2026.
