Colliers signed a definitive agreement on 3 February 2026 to acquire Ayesa Engineering, the Seville-based engineering arm of Ayesa Group, for about $700m in cash.
Why Colliers International Group Inc. is buying Ayesa Engineering S.A.U.
Colliers said the deal expands its engineering segment into Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and South Asia and adds capabilities in Australia, taking the unit to 23 countries and placing it among the world's top 30 engineering firms. It plans to apply Ayesa's expertise in the US, Canada and Australia.
“Colliers is the natural partner for Ayesa Engineering given their belief in our strategy and people.”

Closing was expected in the second quarter of 2026. Colliers completed the acquisition on 27 May 2026 after receiving the relevant regulatory approvals, Ayesa said.
Market context
Ayesa was owned by A&M Capital Europe and the founding Manzanares family. Colliers runs real estate services, engineering and investment management businesses, with about $5.5bn of annual revenue.
