Deal terms and financing

Financial terms were not disclosed. IPE Real Assets reported, citing industry sources, that the price was close to €2.5bn, and that Triton had an option to reinvest up to 20% of the equity as a new commitment.

Regulatory approvals and timing

Completion was expected in the first half of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions. Neither I Squared nor Triton had announced completion as of October 2026.

Market context

Triton acquired Ramudden in Sweden in December 2017 and added platforms including AVS in Germany, Chevron in the UK, Fero in Belgium and the Netherlands, RSG International in Canada and Curtin in the United States. About two-thirds of operations are in Europe and annual turnover exceeds €1bn.
