Why WisdomTree, Inc. is buying Atlantic House Holdings Limited

WisdomTree said Atlantic House adds derivatives and systematic expertise to its active ETF and defined-outcome line-up, extends its Models and Portfolio Solutions platform into the UK wealth market and strengthens distribution through UK independent advisers. Chief executive Jonathan Steinberg said the deal advances its expansion into structurally growing areas of asset management.

Deal terms and financing

The £150m price is payable at closing and subject to customary adjustments. WisdomTree expected the acquisition to be modestly accretive in 2026, with further upside from revenue synergies.

Regulatory approvals and timing

Completion required regulatory approvals and was expected in the second quarter of 2026. WisdomTree announced on 1 May 2026 that the acquisition had been completed.

Market context

Atlantic House runs the £2.5bn Atlantic House Defined Returns Fund. WisdomTree said it plans to launch 15 to 20 defined-outcome ETFs globally over the following 18 months.
