RadNet said on 2 March it had acquired Gleamer SAS, a Paris-based radiology artificial intelligence company, for up to €230m in cash.
Why RadNet, Inc. is buying Gleamer SAS
RadNet said Gleamer's strength in routine imaging, particularly X-ray, complements DeepHealth's AI for breast, chest, neuro, prostate and thyroid imaging. It plans to deploy Gleamer's triage and draft-reporting tools across its own imaging centres, where X-ray accounts for almost 25% of volume, to raise radiologist productivity.
“Joining DeepHealth marks an exciting new chapter for our business and team members”
Deal terms and financing
The aggregate price of about €230m consists of roughly €215m in cash at closing and a contingent payment of about €15m tied to milestones. The deal was carried out through RadNet's Dutch subsidiary DH AI International Holdings.
Regulatory approvals and timing
RadNet announced the acquisition as completed on 2 March 2026.
Market context
Gleamer holds four FDA clearances and six CE marks covering more than 25 clinical indications. French Tech Journal described the sale as a rare large exit for a European AI health start-up.
