Why InfraVia Capital Partners (InfraVia European Fund VI) is buying D-Marin

InfraVia said the deal fits its infrastructure thesis, pointing to the scarcity of marina locations, growing demand for high-quality yachting and D-Marin's scale and digital platform.

“This transaction is a strong fit with InfraVia’s infrastructure investment thesis and is fully aligned with InfraVia’s ambition to partner with outstanding management teams and back resilient European platforms where long-term capital can support continued growth, transformation and institutionalisation.”Vincent Levita, CEO, InfraVia

Deal terms and financing

InfraVia European Fund VI becomes the owner alongside D-Marin's management. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Regulatory approvals and timing

The transaction is expected to complete in 2026, subject to customary approvals.

Market context

CVC invested in D-Marin in 2020 and recruited a new management team. D-Marin now serves more than 50,000 customers a year and has more than 1,000 superyacht berths.
