Why Dream Finders Homes is buying Beazer Homes USA

Dream Finders said the deal creates a scaled national homebuilder with complementary footprints, significant synergies and a broader range of homes from entry-level to move-up, and expects it to be double-digit percentage accretive to EPS in year one.

Deal terms and financing

The all-cash price implies 0.8 times Beazer's book value. Dream Finders said financing is secured and reaffirmed its 2026 outlook of 9,250 home closings.

Regulatory approvals and timing

Closing is anticipated in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to Beazer shareholder approval and customary conditions; Beazer filed its definitive proxy in September.

Market context

Beazer builds homes in 15 markets across 13 states. Dream Finders had made several unsolicited proposals for Beazer earlier in 2026.
